Meet Haley

Hello, I’m Haley! I was born and raised in Texas and now call Washington home. I have a BA in Psychology and a BSS in Intelligence, Security Studies, and Analysis, and I am working toward my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My current areas of interest are grief and loss, infertility, and medical diagnoses. I look forward to working with and learning from Tracy throughout my internship!

Haley Fielder

Haley Fielder, Masters-level Graduate Student Intern

My professional background so far has been outside the scope of mental health, from sales to event management. I currently work as a residency program coordinator at a local hospital.

My personal experiences with disease and fertility have guided my path toward counseling. I am passionate about working with people experiencing life transitions and working collaboratively along the way.

I offer sessions for individuals and couples for a sliding scale fee based on your household income.
I’m also available as a Co-therapist, working alongside Tracy and Clients within sessions. Read more about Co-therapy and its benefits below:

Co-Therapy & Its Benefits

Working together allows us to offer you the benefit of our combined backgrounds, personalities, and perspectives. We are two different people with diverse personality styles, experiences, career and cultural backgrounds. We believe this may increase each individual’s experience of being heard, understood, and cared for, which is vital to the healing and growth process.

The co-therapy process can be very engaging and relational. In particular, the differences between co-therapists may mesh well with the diversity within couples that we see and help us make sense of what both partners of a couple are experiencing.

We bring different perspectives, broader insight, and more resources than either of us could offer on our own. By combining our experiences and creative energies, we can offer a wider range of ideas for ways that a client can meet their therapeutic goals.
